The country on the Mekong presents itself as "Best of Southeast Asia": tropical forests and magical temples, magnificent colonial mansions and secluded pilgrimage villages, a population of disarmingly open cordiality and a delicious country cuisine. The best and most relaxing way to experience the diversity of the country is to cruise the Mekong, one of the most powerful rivers in the world. A journey on the trail of slowness - just sit back and enjoy. Hustle and bustle is a foreign word in Laos.
