Hangar-7; the spectacular home of the Flying Bulls ("Red Bull" owner Didi Mateschitz' collection of classic airplanes) next to Salzburg W.A. Mozart airport. Ikarus Restaurant, under patronage of Eckart Witzigmann, each month starring a different internationally famous chef. May 2005: Eduard Hitzberger, Hotel Haus Paradies, Ftan/Switzerland. Halibut and langostino mousse in noodle leaf with white trifle foam.
