  • The tiny Thai island of Koh Lipe in the Andaman Sea is home to a group of so called "Sea Gypsies" or Chao Leh people. While they traditionally made a living from fishing, dwindling fish stocks and a growing number of foreign visitors force them to try their luck in the tourism business - for instance by renting their long tail boats for snorkel trips.
